DELIVERY INFORMATION
Flowers and Plants
The standard delivery charge is £3.99 for flowers and plants including all additional gifts. There is no delivery charge for Flowers by Post.
We use an address verification system that will identify the destination for your gift. If you are unable to find the address that you require (for example - a new housing estate), please call us on 0844 844 8050 and we will be able to take your order at the same time.
If you are requesting a delivery to a hospital or similar, please include the ward number in the "deliver to" section e.g. Mrs J Smith - Ward 10. Please check with the hospital before arranging a delivery as many hospitals are unable to take delivery of fresh flowers. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Most orders received before 7PM each day can be delivered the next working day. Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday and Tuesday respectively. No deliveries are made on Bank Holidays or the day following a Bank Holiday. Deliveries are made Monday - Saturday between 7.00am - 7.00pm (except Bank Holidays). Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery is to all UK postcodes including Northern Ireland.
All items (except flowers by post) may be ordered up to 40 days in advance (subject to availability).
In the event of seasonal supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute flowers or packaging of equal quality and value.
Fresh flower cancellations and changes are possible up to 48 hours prior to delivery.
Flowers and Plants can only be returned if found to be faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. For queries, phone 0844 477 4874.
Stores cannot process flowers returns.
Flowers by Post
There is no delivery charge for postal flowers. Flowers by Post are delivered by Royal Mail First Class mail service and usually will be delivered within 2 working days of your order.
If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an item from our main range of bouquets, arrangements and plants which is delivered by a courier on your chosen date.
Flowers are packed fresh and delivered in bud. For maximum vase life, put them in water as soon as they arrive.
Wine
The standard delivery charge is £3.99 for Wine and Champagne.
Orders for alcohol can only be taken from those over 18 years of age.
Deliveries are made between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Saturday to all UK postcodes including Northern Ireland. Orders received before 4pm will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders taken on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute wine or packaging of equal quality and value. Champagne vintages and labels may vary from those shown.
